I’m working with a long standing small business in Chelmsford that is looking to bring a proactive Sales Administrator into their team. This is a varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys supporting the team with a mix of customer and internal processes.
The details:
09:00-17:30 Mon-Thu and 17:00 finish on Friday
Starting salary circa £26,000
Team performance related bonuses
28 days holiday + 2 extra days off for Christmas
Small but friendly teamKey responsibilities include:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email, and offering advice
Preparing quotations and keeping customers up to date
Coordinating deliveries and collections and communicating with couriers
Working closely across the team and helping out in the warehouse if neededWhat we’re looking for:
Strong administrative experience, within sales or customer service
Confident communication skills and ability to use IT systems
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and adapting to changing priorities
Confident working independently within in a small team
