Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Customer Services Support Agent for a busy and vibrant Vending Services business based in Epsom.
In this role you will respond to customer enquiries from a number of sources including email, phone, live chat and social media platforms.
Your objective willbe to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and keep accurate records of the interactions. You will identify trends in customer enquiries and recommend solutions to eradicate these. You will also flag machine issues to the engineering team and arrange a repair.
Building rapport with site partners and gaining feedback from customers will also be key elements of this rolewhich comes with an attractive salary of £29000 plus excellent benefits associated with a market leader
