What will the role involve?

Providing a warm welcome and excellent service to patients.

Carrying out pre-screening and pre-test procedures.

Supporting the Optometrist and ensuring a smooth patient journey.

Dispensing spectacles and helping patients choose suitable frames and lenses.

Fitting, adjusting and carrying out minor repairs to glasses.

Assisting with contact lens teaches and aftercare, where trained.

Managing appointments and supporting general administration.

Working closely with colleagues to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
