The Role

Welcoming patients and delivering excellent customer service.

Carrying out pre-screening and pre-test procedures.

Supporting the Optometrist and ensuring smooth patient handovers.

Dispensing spectacles and advising on suitable lenses and frames.

Frame styling, fitting and adjustments.
-
Carrying out minor repairs and ensuring glasses fit comfortably.

Providing contact lens teaches and aftercare, where trained.

Supporting general administration and appointment management.

Building strong relationships with patients and helping to create a positive practice experience.
