Inspire Resourcing are recruiting a H&S Officer on behalf of our client based in Derbyshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Health & Safety Professional, to join a fantastic business.
Duties:

With the aid of the H&S Manager the successful candidate will ensure all aspects of Health, Safety are adhered to

Alongside the H&S Manager they will also work closely with the Site Manager and Operations team to achieve site action plans

Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators against targets and advise site team of appropriate/necessary actions required
-
Liaise with Site Management team in the implementation of sites environmental and safety management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc)
-
Implement company policy at all times i.e. compliance with regulations and permits
-
Offer guidance and support to the Site Manager and Operations Team
-
Attend Monthly H&S meetings with the Site to gain knowledge of current issues affecting the production environment.

Lead H&S meetings.

Support the H&S Manager with all aspects of the role.
Requirements

NEBOSH National General certificate – essential
-
Any environmental qualifications – desirable
-
IOSH Working Safely – desirable
-
National Compliance and Risk Qualifications – desirable
