About the Role
All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading electronics manufacturer in Chelmsford, Essex, to recruit Production Operatives. This is a great opportunity to work with a reputable employer on a temp to perm basis. We would prefer applicants to have worked in a Production environment before as the work can be quite dextrous.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble electronic connectors, cable assemblies and small components by hand, working to drawings and instructions (full training given).

Use hand tools and light production equipment to cut, strip, crimp and fit parts.

Check finished products for quality and accuracy before they move to the next stage.

Work as part of a friendly production team to meet daily targets.

Keep your work area clean, tidy and organised.

Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

Good attention to detail and a careful, accurate approach.

Good with your hands and comfortable doing fiddly, precise work.

Reliable, punctual and keen to learn.
