Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £30,000 annual equivalent
Location: Leighton Buzzard
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Contract: Temporary to permanent
Start: ASAP
Mixxos is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business. You’ll look after customer accounts, process orders and work closely with internal teams to keep customers updated.
Key responsibilities
Process customer orders and answer enquiries.
Build relationships with customers and manage their accounts.
Provide updates on orders and deliveries.
Liaise with planning, purchasing and warehouse teams.
Keep customer records accurate using SAP.
What we’re looking for
Previous customer service, account management and order processing experience.
Good communication and organisational skills.
A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
Manufacturing or SAP experience would be an advantage.
Full training provided.
