We’re recruiting Line Operatives to join an established manufacturer supplying high-quality industrial products to customers worldwide.
This opportunity would suit someone with machine operating or production experience who is looking for a long-term role with structured training and opportunities to develop. Experience is preferred, but candidates with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Shift Options
Rotating Days
6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm
Six days on, three days off
Permanent Nights
Monday to Friday
10:00pm–6:00am
All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.
Your Responsibilities
Working within a busy manufacturing team, you will help ensure production runs safely and efficiently, with a consistent focus on product quality.
Your duties will include:
Operating production and moulding machinery
Carrying out quality inspections throughout production
Accurately completing production records and quality paperwork
Handling materials and carrying out manual lifting
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
Working with colleagues to achieve production targets
This is an active role involving standing throughout your shift, repetitive tasks and manual handling.
What We’re Looking For
Previous machine operating, production or warehouse experience preferred
Good written and spoken English
Confidence completing production paperwork accurately
A reliable approach, good timekeeping and strong attendance
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
A willingness to learn and support colleagues
Availability to start immediately
A full UK driving licence is required
