Resident Liaison Officer
London & South East
£30,000–£60,000 + Travel
I'm working with a rapidly growing cladding and facades main contractor delivering projects ranging from £1m to £19m across London and the South East.
They're looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to be the eyes and ears between residents, site teams and clients, making sure communication stays clear and people are properly supported throughout the works. You'll be dealing directly with residents, managing expectations, keeping everyone informed and helping projects run smoothly with minimal disruption.
You'll join a business with a genuine family culture that pays well, invests in your training and development, and has an incredibly healthy pipeline of work. They're growing quickly, but they're not looking for people to come in and move on. They want to bring the right people into the business permanently and give them a place to build a long-term career.
What you'll be doing:
-
Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout cladding and facade works
-
Keeping residents informed about programmes, access requirements, planned works and potential disruption
-
Handling queries, complaints and concerns professionally, making sure issues are followed up and resolved
-
Liaising with site managers, project teams, clients and subcontractors to keep communication flowing
-
Arranging access to properties and coordinating appointments where required
-
Maintaining accurate records of resident interactions, feedback, complaints and outstanding actions
-
Supporting vulnerable residents and making sure their needs are understood and communicated to the project team
Requirements:
-
Experience in a Resident Liaison Officer, Resident Engagement or similar customer-facing role
-
Strong communication and people skills, with the confidence to deal with residents at all levels
-
Able to handle complaints and difficult conversations calmly and professionally
-
Organised, proactive and reliable, with good record-keeping and follow-up skills
-
Comfortable working across multiple sites and liaising with construction teams
-
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across London and the South East
What's on offer:
-
£30,000–£60,000 salary, depending on experience
-
Travel package
-
Permanent position with a growing cladding and facades main contractor
-
An incredibly healthy pipeline of projects worth £1m–£19m
-
Family-run culture where people are valued and supported
-
Investment in your training, development and long-term progression
-
The chance to grow with a business that wants people to stay and build their careers
If you're looking for a role where you can make a real difference to residents, work with a strong project team and join a business that genuinely invests in its people, this one's worth a chat
