Head chef required within driving distance of Eastbourne, the kitchen offers fixed days off and a good mixture of shifts/hours. it is a good work life balance. As a head chef you will ensure this kitchen runs smoothly, reporting into a Exec chef, upto £40k. THIS ROLE IS SUITABLE FOR A SOUS CHEF STEPPING UP.
The role
As a Head chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen on a day to day basis, you will ensure the main kitchen is ready for service each day and that everything runs smoothly. This role includes all the standard head chef duties.
Experience
We are looking for a head chef or a senior sous chef ready to step up to head chef level from a fresh food background, this role is working under a Exec chef. you will be organised and have good knife skills.
