Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking an experienced PTS Shuttering Carpenters to join a site in Tunbridge Wells. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing formwork and shuttering for concrete structures, ensuring the safe and precise execution of job tasks in accordance with project specifications. The role involves working both day and night shifts, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. This position requires a strong understanding of shuttering techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
PTS (Personal Track Safety) is mandatory
CSCS is mandatory
Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in shuttering carpentry
Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to safety standards
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
