About the Role
We are looking for two experienced Steel Fabricators to join our team at our workshop in Tonbridge (TN11 9NG).
In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and fabricating high-quality structural and architectural steelwork. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a workshop team.
Key Responsibilities

Read, interpret, and work from structural/architectural fabrication drawings.

Cut, prep, fit up, and tack weld steel assemblies according to specification.

Operate standard workshop machinery (mag drills, band saws, grinders, brake presses, cut-off saws, etc.).

Ensure all fabricated work meets quality, tolerance, and safety standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment.
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Steel Fabricator in a workshop environment.

Strong MIG welding skills (TIG or MMA experience is a plus).

Ability to work accurately from technical drawings without constant supervision.

Strong attention to detail, quality standards, and workshop safety.

Reliable transport to commute to our workshop in Tonbridge (TN11 9NG).
