Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Redhill - Car Driver ideally due to location

About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking an organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, logistics, or supply chain experience who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and strong communication skills are key.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring products and materials are delivered efficiently, suppliers are effectively managed, and customer requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the flow of materials, stock, and products throughout the supply chain.
Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Liaise with suppliers, freight providers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory planning and forecasting.
Track orders, shipments, and deliveries, resolving any delays or issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and update ERP/MRP systems.
Produce reports relating to stock, supplier performance, and supply chain activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Assist with demand planning and scheduling activities where required.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.About You
Previous experience within a Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Planning, or Operations coordination role.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator, able to build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience using ERP, MRP, or inventory management systems would be advantageous.
Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
