ETAB-Recruits is recruiting an experienced Reception Team Leader for a prestigious corporate hospitality environment in Edinburgh.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, service-driven hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of front-of-house service.
We are particularly interested in candidates from luxury hotels, premium corporate reception, airlines, guest services or other high-end hospitality environments.
The role

Lead, motivate and support a professional reception team.

Ensure every guest receives a warm, polished and memorable welcome.

Maintain exceptional standards across reception and meeting room services.

Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments and audiovisual requirements.

Support team rotas, onboarding and performance development.

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and guest experience.
About you

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a premium service environment.

A strong background in reception, hospitality or guest services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A professional appearance and confident, welcoming manner.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A hands-on leadership approach and a genuine passion for customer service.
What's on offer?

£33,000 annual salary.

Permanent, full-time employment.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a shift rota between 7am and 8pm.
