Are you an experienced Document Controller with 4 Projects (4P) package experience looking for your next opportunity?
Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Document Controller to join their project team, managing project information and documentation through the Common Data Environment (CDE).
4 Projects (4P) package experience is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project documentation across Viewpoint and other CDE/digital platforms.
Ensure documents are correctly named, version controlled, approved and distributed.
Maintain document registers, trackers and databases.
Upload and issue drawings, specifications, reports and project deliverables.
Support compliance with ISO 19650 and company procedures.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
Assist with project administration and digital construction processes.
Maintain accurate, audit-ready document trails.
About You
Essential: Previous experience using the 4 Projects (4P) package.
Previous Document Control experience within construction, civil engineering or the built environment.
Experience working with a CDE; Viewpoint experience is highly desirable.
Good understanding of ISO 19650, document workflows and version control.
Strong IT, organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy.
Must be able to drive and have access to a car.
