Are you an experienced receptionist or guest services professional who enjoys variety, meeting new people and working in prestigious corporate environments?
ETAB-Recruits is recruiting a Mobile Corporate Receptionist to support a portfolio of premium corporate workplaces across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle.
Ideally based in Edinburgh, you'll work across different client locations, providing outstanding front-of-house support and ensuring a consistently professional guest experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in luxury hotels, corporate reception, concierge services or premium customer-facing hospitality.
The role

Deliver exceptional reception and front-of-house service across multiple corporate locations.

Welcome visitors, clients and colleagues with professionalism and warmth.

Support reception, concierge, lobby hosting and helpdesk operations.

Handle telephone calls, enquiries and guest requests.

Work alongside different teams to maintain consistent service standards.

Adapt confidently to different working environments, teams and client expectations.

Provide flexible cover across Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle.
About you

At least one year's experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within corporate hospitality, luxury hotels or a premium service environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A friendly, confident and adaptable personality.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness and ability to travel between Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle.

Flexibility to work different shifts according to operational requirements.
What's on offer?

£33,500 annual salary.

Permanent, full-time position.

40 hours per week, primarily Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7am and 9pm.
