Warehouse Operative
Location: Newcastle and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time opportunities available
Salary: £15.10 to £16.10 per hour
Introduction
Our client is a large, well-established business operating within the warehousing and logistics sector. They are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join their team and support the day-to-day running of their busy warehouse operations.
A variety of shifts are available, offering opportunities for candidates with different availability and working preferences.
Objectives
As an important member of the team, Warehouse Operatives play a key role in ensuring goods are processed, handled and prepared efficiently. You will help maintain smooth warehouse operations by supporting the movement, organisation and distribution of stock.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently

Loading and unloading deliveries

Sorting, scanning and organising stock

Preparing goods for dispatch

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

Following health and safety procedures at all times

Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets
