TimePlan Education is working with a fantastic primary school in Lewisham that is looking for an enthusiastic TA to join their team ASAP.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who knows how to make a classroom tick - someone who can support learning, build genuine relationships with pupils and confidently step in wherever they are needed.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with the class teacher to support day-to-day learning
Delivering targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions
Supporting pupils across phonics, reading, writing and maths
Providing additional support for children with SEND and diverse learning needs
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours
Supporting classroom routines, preparation and organisation
Building strong relationships with pupils and becoming a trusted member of the school team
