The Position - HLTA

The successful candidate will provide classroom cover, deliver planned lessons and support pupils across the primary phase, helping to ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.You will work closely with teachers and the wider school team to deliver engaging lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be confident leading classes independently, adapting learning activities where necessary and ensuring pupils remain focused and motivated throughout the school day.This is a part-time opportunity, working Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30am-3:45pm, offering an excellent work-life balance. The daily rate is £120-£140, depending on experience.
