SPORTS COACH & EARLY YEARS SUPPORT – CHELMSFORD

TeacherActive are currently looking for enthusiastic Sports Coaches and Early Years Support staff to work with nurseries and Early Years settings across the Chelmsford area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being active, engaging with children and helping them develop through fun, physical and educational activities.
THE ROLE:
• Delivering fun and engaging sports and physical activities for young children
• Supporting children's physical development, confidence and coordination
• Encouraging children to participate in activities through play
• Supporting nursery staff with the day-to-day care and supervision of children
• Helping to create a safe, positive and stimulating environment
• Building positive relationships with children and staff
• Adapting activities to suit different ages and abilities
• Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• Previous experience working with children is desirable
• Sports coaching, childcare or Early Years experience is beneficial
• A genuine passion for working with children
• Confident and enthusiastic when leading activities
• Reliable, professional and hardworking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to get involved
