About the Home
We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and well-established residential care home in Dorking, Surrey, providing 24-hour care and support for up to 44 residents.

The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play an important role in providing compassionate, person-centred care and support to residents, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and quality of life.
Working as part of a dedicated care team, you will support residents with their daily needs while building positive and meaningful relationships with those you care for.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing compassionate care and support to residents
Assisting with personal care and daily living needs
Supporting residents with mobility and wellbeing
Promoting dignity, independence and choice
Supporting residents with hydration, nutrition and comfort
Building positive and trusting relationships with residents
Responding appropriately to residents’ individual needs
Supporting residents to participate in activities and social opportunities
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
Working closely with colleagues to provide consistent, high-quality care
Reporting any concerns regarding residents’ health or wellbeing
Creating a safe, welcoming and supportive environment
About You
We are looking for a caring and reliable Healthcare Assistant who is passionate about providing high-quality care and making a positive difference to residents’ lives.
You will ideally have:
A caring, compassionate and patient approach
Genuine passion for supporting older people
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to provide person-centred care with dignity and respect
A reliable and responsible approach to work
