We are currently recruiting Intensive Housing & Support Officers on behalf of a well-established Housing Association, supporting adults across supported housing services.

The Role
As an IH & Support Officer, you will work directly with residents to promote independence, wellbeing, safety and tenancy sustainment.
You will provide person-centred, housing-related support to adults who may have mental health needs, learning disabilities or other supported living requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Delivering planned Intensive Housing and housing-related support.

Building positive, professional relationships with residents.

Supporting residents to maintain their tenancies and achieve agreed goals.

Identifying and appropriately escalating safeguarding, risk, welfare and tenancy concerns.

Contributing to support plans, assessments and regular reviews.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case notes, records and housing documentation.

Promoting independence, choice and tenancy sustainment.

Working collaboratively with care providers, colleagues and external partner agencies.

Responding appropriately to changing circumstances and emerging risks.

Supporting residents to develop the skills and confidence required to live as independently as possible.

Essential Requirements
You will ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas:
A Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, Housing, or a related discipline would be beneficial, although relevant experience will be considered.
Further Housing, CIH or related qualifications are desirable but not essential, as full training and development opportunities will be available.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this field-based role.
