Care Assistant – Full Training Provided
£13+ per hour | Full & Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Paid Training
No previous care experience is needed! Full paid training is provided, along with ongoing support to help you develop the skills and confidence you need to become a fantastic Care Assistant.

What does a Care Assistant do?
Every client is different, so no two days are exactly the same. As a Care Assistant, you will help people remain independent and enjoy the best possible quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Your responsibilities could include:

Providing personal care and support with everyday routines

Helping with meal preparation and medication where required

Offering companionship and a friendly face

Providing practical support around the home

Encouraging clients to maintain their independence and dignity

Building positive and trusting relationships with the people you support
Flexible hours to suit you
The service operates between 8am and 9pm, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. The team understands that everyone has different commitments, so they are happy to discuss hours around your availability and lifestyle. Whether you are looking for full-time hours or just a few days each week, they will work with you to find something that suits. There are also opportunities to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays, with enhanced rates for weekend and up to £18 per hour for bank holiday hours.
Where will you be working?
You will travel between clients across a range of locations, including:: Leatherhead | Ashtead | Bookham | Dorking | Godalming | Farnham | Hindhead | Haslemere

A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required, as you will be travelling between client homes. You will also have to complete an enhanced DBS.
