We’re working with an established technology business that is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their Operations team in Nottingham.

What you’ll be doing: Supply Chain Administrator
Supporting the team with day-to-day administration
Maintaining accurate records, documents and systems
Helping with supplier onboarding and keeping information up to date
Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries
Updating trackers and producing basic reports
Supporting the team with compliance and documentation
Keeping on top of deadlines, renewals and important information
Helping improve processes and make things run more efficiently
What we’re looking for: Supply Chain Administrator
Previous experience in administration, business support, customer service or a similar environment
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise your workload
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
This would suit someone who is early in their career or looking to move into Procurement, Supply Chain or Operations and wants the opportunity to build their experience within an established business.
