Key responsibilities include:

Sourcing and interviewing candidates Building relationships with clients and education professionals Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns Matching candidates to suitable opportunities Developing new business through sales activity and networking Attending client meetings and school visits Negotiating offers and managing placements Working towards targets, KPIs and commission goals About You We're looking for graduates who are ambitious, driven and eager to build a successful career. You'll have:

A full UK Driving Licence is essential A degree in any discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills A resilient and target-driven mindset Confidence working in a fast-paced commercial environment A desire to learn, develop and progress Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, sport, retail, events, fundraising or leadership positions is advantageous but not essential.
