The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training in the recruitment process while developing valuable sales, business development and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities include:
Sourcing and interviewing candidates
Building relationships with clients and job seekers
Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
Developing new business opportunities
Conducting sales calls and client meetings
Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
Managing the recruitment process from vacancy to placement
Working towards KPIs, targets and commission goals
About You
We're looking for attitude and potential rather than recruitment experience.
You will have:
A full UK Driving Licence is essential
Strong communication and people skills
A positive, resilient and motivated attitude
A target-driven or sales-focused mindset
Confidence building relationships with others
Ambition to develop a long-term career
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
