We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a family-run, multi-franchise approved car dealer group as a New/Used Car Sales Controller at their dealership in Swindon. Basic salary of £30,000 per annum, with uncapped bonus earning potential exceeding £55,000

No Sunday working, with a 45-hour week from Monday to Saturday, including scheduled days off and late shiftsDuties of the Car Sales Controller:
Monitor and support the sales team throughout the sales process, engaging directly with customers at appropriate stages
Manage the dealership’s CRM system for sales, renewals, and reporting purposes
Train and coach sales staff on sales processes and product knowledge
Control and oversee the sale of finance and insurance (F&I) products, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
Administer all payments and commissions from customers and finance providers
Maintain effective relationships with finance companies
Ensure all F&I transactions are conducted in accordance with FCA legislation and industry best practices
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets through proactive management and coachingRequirements of the Car Sales Controller:
Proven experience as a Business Manager, Sales Controller, Assistant Car Sales Manager, or Senior Car Sales Executive within a franchise-approved dealership environment
FCA accreditation and thorough understanding of financial legislation
Strong leadership skills and a results-driven attitude
Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
A genuine passion for the automotive industry and brand representation
Ability to work independently and seek sales opportunities proactively
