We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Swindon, for the role of Vehicle Aftersales Advisor. The Vehicle Aftersales Advisor position offers an excellent opportunity to join a busy Service Department and develop your career within the automotive industry.

Salary up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Performance-related quarterly CSI bonus of £1,000 and £25 per service plan sold

Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am-6:00pm, with no weekends requiredDuties of the Aftersales Advisor:
Greet customers in the Service Department and book vehicles for repair work
Liaise extensively with the workshop to chase work in progress and update customers
Advise customers on minor technical issues and deliver a first-class service
Up-sell additional products and services where appropriate
Take payments for completed work and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and follow warranty procedures as necessary
Assist with warranty authorisations and liaise with manufacturers as requiredRequirements of the Aftersales Advisor:
Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor is advantageous but not essential
Strong customer service background, ideally from hospitality or retail sectors
Excellent communication and organisational skills
IT proficiency; experience with Kerridge Dealer Management System is beneficial but not essential
Knowledge of automotive warranty procedures is a plus
A UK driving licence with minimal points is mandatory
