Freight Sales Executive - Lichfield
£28,000 basic + realistic £10,000 bonus potential | Monday-Friday
We're working with a fast-growing freight business in Lichfield that is looking to add to its commercial team.
This is a great opportunity for someone with freight, transport, logistics or B2B sales experience who enjoys winning new business, building relationships and working in a fast-paced environment.
The role
Develop new business opportunities and generate new customer accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
Prepare and negotiate freight quotations
Work closely with the operations team to ensure customers receive a high level of service
Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to conversion
Achieve agreed sales and revenue targetsAbout you
Experience in freight, logistics, transport or B2B sales would be advantageous
Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
Driven, ambitious and motivated by earning potential
Comfortable developing new business and picking up the phone
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Organised and able to manage a busy workloadWhat's on offer
