We’re currently recruiting for a Technical Documentation Coordinator to join our clients busy operations team based in the Gatwick / Crawley area.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administration and document-production skills who is confident using Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Office.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for taking technical information provided by the operations team and compiling it into clear, professional technical files and documentation for submission to clients.
Key responsibilities will include:

Compiling technical information into professional client-ready documents

Creating and formatting technical files using Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro

Combining information and documentation into a single, structured file
-
Checking documents for accuracy, consistency and completeness
-
Liaising with the operations team to obtain any missing information
-
Preparing final documentation for submission to clients

Providing general administrative support where required
About You
You do not need previous industry-specific technical experience. Full technical information and training will be provided.

Highly organised and detail-oriented

Confident using Excel

Comfortable working with Adobe Acrobat Pro

Competent across Microsoft Office

Able to work accurately with large amounts of information

A good communicator with a professional approach

Keen to learn and develop within a technical administration environment
Location
Ideally, we’re looking for someone based in or around Gatwick, Crawley or the surrounding West Sussex area, as the role will involve working closely with the operations team and makes training and onboarding easier.
