Groundworker Highways

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join an award-winning highways infrastructure team on a long-term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Groundworker with experience in highway maintenance, reinstatement and general groundwork. The role offers consistent work through the winter season and beyond, with the opportunity to build a long-term relationship with a highly respected local authority.
The Role
- Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour Umbrella - weekly
- Hours: 39 hours per week
- Contract: Ongoing long-term contract
- Work available through Christmas and beyond
About You
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Groundworker who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and is comfortable working in all weather conditions.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in highway maintenance and reinstatement
- Strong general groundwork experience
- A reliable and hardworking approach
- Good awareness of health and safety requirements
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A full UK Driving Licence is essential
