Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments efficiently.
Manage appointment scheduling for service and sales, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing.Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition.
Strong organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
