Job Title: Front of House Administrator
Location: MSK Services Worcestershire
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 16:00
Pay and duration: £12.71 per hour, 3 months with possible extension
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Front of House Administrator to join our team at MSK Services in Worcestershire.
This is a varied administrative and reception-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent organisational skills and can provide a high standard of customer service in a busy environment.
You will provide essential administrative support to the service, helping ensure that day-to-day processes run smoothly and that patients, staff and healthcare professionals receive a professional and helpful service.
What you'll be doing

Providing effective administrative support across the service.

Completing a range of administrative tasks, including typing, data inputting, filing, scanning, photocopying and faxing, in accordance with Trust policies and procedures.

Responding to face-to-face and telephone enquiries in a friendly, tactful and professional manner.

Taking accurate messages and ensuring they are passed to the appropriate person promptly.

Managing incoming and outgoing post.

Undertaking reception duties when required, including providing cover for staff absences.

Obtaining and retrieving records as requested, liaising appropriately with patients, staff, healthcare professionals and external agencies.

Handling transport requests and making arrangements where appropriate.

Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
