Location: Stratford
Salary: £13.26 per hour (Grade E)
Hours: Monday–Thursday 9:00am–5:30pm, Friday 9:00am–5:00pm
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days office-based, 2 days working from home
Contract: Temporary
The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join the team in Stratford, providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service.
The successful candidate will primarily be based on reception, while also supporting the team with general administration and inbox management. This is a varied role involving regular interaction with members of the public, including those attending meetings with social workers.
The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with three days working from the office and two days from home.
Key Responsibilities
Providing a professional and welcoming reception service
Greeting and assisting members of the public and visitors
Supporting members of the public attending meetings with social workers
Managing incoming inboxes and responding to queries appropriately
Carrying out general administrative duties
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative requirements
Maintaining a professional and helpful approach at all times
