About the Company
We are recruiting for an established, family-owned manufacturing business specialising in the production of high-quality fabricated products. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their production team in Loughborough.
About the Role
As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC press brake machinery to accurately form metal components to customer specifications. You will work from engineering drawings and production instructions, ensuring finished products meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC press brake machinery safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Select and load the correct materials and tooling for each job.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments where required.
Carry out quality inspections on finished components.
Load and unload materials safely.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience operating CNC press brake machinery.
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience working with sheet metal or fabricated components.
Good understanding of measurements, angles, tolerances, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Good problem-solving skills and a practical approach to production issues.
