Injection Moulding Tool Setter
Location: Derbyshire / Nottinghamshire Border
Salary: £30,000-£32,000 per annum
Hours: Days, Monday to Friday

The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Injection Moulding Tool Setter to join a well-established manufacturing business in the East Midlands.
This is a permanent opportunity for someone with a strong background in injection moulding, machine setting and tool changes, who can support daily production requirements and maintain consistent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out mould changes, machine setting and start-ups.
Set and adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality.
Monitor production and resolve moulding defects.
Complete first-off inspections and necessary adjustments.
Troubleshoot machinery and tooling issues.
Minimise downtime and support production efficiency.
Work alongside production colleagues to meet daily requirements.
Maintain a safe and organised working environment.
Requirements
Previous experience in injection moulding machine setting.
Confident carrying out mould changes and machine start-ups.
Good understanding of injection moulding processes.
Ability to identify and resolve production and quality issues.
Good mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and within a production environment.
