Financial Administrator
Location: South Bristol
If you enjoy keeping the financial side of a busy contract organised, this is an opportunity to take ownership of the details that help a building services team run smoothly.
We're recruiting a Commercial Administrator to support the Commercial Manager with purchasing, supplier payments, financial reporting and the administration of works. You'll work with colleagues and subcontractors to resolve queries, keep records accurate and make sure tasks are followed through to completion.
What you'll be doing
Raising purchase orders and administering supplier invoices and payments.
Tracking work in progress, debt and changes to the contract.
Maintaining records for planned and reactive works.
Preparing applications and supporting documents for chargeable works.
Liaising with subcontractors and colleagues to resolve commercial queries and meet deadlines.
What you'll bring
You'll have experience in an administrative role involving finance or commercial processes, strong organisational skills and confidence using Excel. You'll be comfortable handling several priorities, communicating with different people and taking responsibility for getting things done.
Experience with Oracle, CAFM systems or facilities management would be useful.
This role would suit someone who likes variety, pays attention to detail and wants to play an important part in the commercial running of a building services contract.
