We’re growing the team at IP-People and looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join us in Bristol.
You don’t need recruitment experience.
We’re looking for hunger, grit, personality and drive. Someone commercially ambitious who wants to learn, earn well and eventually build a successful recruitment desk of their own.
You’ll join a small, growing team with 1-to-1 training and hands-on support from experienced recruiters from day one.
Longer term, you’ll take ownership of your own specialist market across MSP, Professional Services and Digital Transformation, building client and candidate relationships and developing a desk you can genuinely call your own.

We’ll give you the training, tools and support, but we’re looking for someone who is driven, resilient, comfortable picking up the phone and prepared to put the work in.
Sales or recruitment experience is great, but it’s not essential. Personality, work ethic and commercial ambition matter more.
