We're recruiting for a growing professional services business seeking a capable and proactive administrator to become a key part of its support function. This varied opportunity would suit someone who enjoys balancing people-focused administration with structured document control, process management and operational support.
No two days are the same. From coordinating office activity and supporting colleagues to improving internal systems and maintaining business records, you'll play an important role in helping the organisation operate effectively.
This position offers a broad range of responsibilities across administration, coordination and business support, including:
Acting as a central point of contact for incoming enquiries
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office environment
Coordinating meetings, appointments and internal activities
Building strong relationships with suppliers, visitors and external contacts
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring key documentation is organised and easily accessible
Assisting with the development and upkeep of company templates, policies and business materials
Monitoring document control processes and access permissions
Supporting compliance and quality assurance activities
Preparing professional documentation for clients, suppliers and business partners
Assisting with the coordination of business development and tender submissions
Providing wider administrative support to leadership and operational teams as required. You'll be someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment.
We're particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:
Previous experience in an administrative, office support or operations-based role is essential
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
The confidence to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Good IT skills and confidence working with business systems and digital documentation
