Overview
A leading bioanalytical lab is seeking an immunoassay scientist with expertise in running and developing ligand-binding assays to support client GLP / GCP Bioanalytical studies.
Responsibilities

Develop and transfer ligand binding assays with support from trained staff.

Communicate project updates and address client queries.

Collaborate with Study Directors and operational teams to meet project timelines.

Ensure seamless transition of methods into validation with internal teams.

Troubleshoot and resolve assay-related technical challenges.

Draft and review Analytical Laboratory Methods (ALMs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during assay development.
Qualifications
-
Degree in a relevant scientific field.

1+ year of industry experience in ligand binding assay development.

Strong scientific problem-solving and data interpretation skills.

Proven ability to explain complex concepts to clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Effective task prioritisation and multi-responsibility management.

Proactive, independent, and reliable work ethic.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design and execute method development and transfer experiments.
