Are you looking for a fast-paced role where no two days are the same? We are seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to join a busy team in Ramsdell on a 10-week temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with logistics, transport, supply chain, or operations experience who enjoys coordinating deliveries and keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating deliveries and collections with customers, suppliers, and transport providers
Monitoring shipments and ensuring deliveries are completed on time
Tracking orders and providing updates on progress
Resolving any transport or delivery issues quickly and effectively
Working closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Supporting stock movement and logistics processes
Maintaining accurate records of shipments and delivery schedules
Ensuring company procedures and transport regulations are followed
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, or operations
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and manage changing priorities
Good IT skills and confidence using business systems
