IN2 Consult is working with several Top 15 firms that are investing heavily in their TMT practices. Each wants an Audit Partner in London who can lead the offering, win the right clients and become the firm's go-to name in the sector.
Client base
VC- and PE-backed tech scale-ups preparing for exit or IPO
AIM and main market technology businesses
SaaS, software and digital platforms
Media, content, gaming and entertainment groups
Telecoms, infrastructure and data businesses
The role
Lead and grow a TMT audit portfolio, acting as RI on complex, high-growth engagements
Build the firm's profile across the tech ecosystem: founders, investors, CFOs and advisers
Advise on sector-specific issues such as revenue recognition (IFRS 15), capitalised development costs, share-based payments and going concern in high-growth businesses
Work with Transaction Services, Tax and Advisory colleagues on IPO, fundraising and exit work
Develop the next generation of TMT audit leaders
What you'll bring
RI status with at least 2 years' signing experience
Already a Partner, or a Director ready to be promoted now
A strong TMT client base and a network across the investor and founder community
Deep IFRS and UK GAAP expertise, especially in revenue and software accounting
Proven ability to win work and lead teams
