IN2 Consult is retained by several leading, fast-growing Top 15 firms to appoint Audit Partners into their London offices. These are true leadership roles. You'll own and grow a portfolio, have real influence on strategy and have the backing to build a sector practice with your name on it.

AIM-listed and main market / PLC
Insurance
Financial Services
Private Equity and PE-backed portfolios
Real Estate
The role
Lead a high-quality audit portfolio and act as RI on complex engagements
Win new work and turn your network into a pipeline
Build long-term, board-level client relationships
Develop Directors and Senior Managers into the firm's next leaders
Help shape the firm's market positioning and growth plans
What you'll bring
RI status with at least 2 years' signing experience
Already a Partner, or a Director ready to be promoted now
Strong technical grounding in UK GAAP and IFRS
A proven record of winning work and managing client relationships
Experience leading and developing high-performing audit teams
