This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong traffic management experience, where you will be supported to train, and develop in house staff. The employer provides support with the full training and development alongside a company van.
You will join a supportive team within the learning and development department, delivering high-quality, Traffic Management training across a range of levels. You will combine your practical industry knowledge with classroom-based teaching, helping employees develop the technical skills, confidence and knowledge required to progress into successful careers.
This role would suit a traffic management professional who is looking to get off the tools into an in-house role, giving a real sense of reward and satisfaction.
The Role
Deliver Inductions to new employees
Provide new and refresher traffic management training
Conducts Assessments at current skill
Office-based in Chelmsford with travel to depots across the region
40 hours per week (7-3 or 8-4) with an element of flexibility
The Person
Traffic Management knowledge or background with relevant tickets (e.g., M1, M2, TTMS, M7)
Confident and enjoys sharing knowledge
Full UK driving licence, strong communication skills, and computer literate
