The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and business support to a nationally delivered programme.
This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting senior stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the programme while helping to maintain effective governance, communication, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative support across a busy programme team
Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and schedule activities involving multiple stakeholders
Prepare meeting packs, agendas, action logs, and take accurate meeting minutes
Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
Maintain records, databases, trackers, and programme documentation
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondence
Arrange travel and accommodation bookings
Process expenses, purchase orders, and supplier administration
Support reporting, data management, and governance processes
Identify opportunities to improve administrative procedures and ways of working
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Degree-level education
Previous experience within an administrative, office coordination, or business support role
Strong experience taking minutes and supporting formal meetings
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience using collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePoint
The ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative teamWhat's on Offer?
