This is a Permanent, Full-time position leading an established Building Surveying consultancy office with responsibility for technical delivery, commercial performance, client relationships, and regional business strategy.
Responsibilities

Lead the Cardiff office, technical team, and operational planning

Deliver senior Building Surveying consultancy advice across commercial property

Manage fee performance, profitability, and business development

Develop client relationships and secure new regional instructions

Mentor technical staff and align services across Built Asset, Development, Engineering, and Sustainability teams
Requirements

MRICS qualified

Relevant degree or equivalent qualification

Director-level Building Surveying consultancy experience

Proven commercial property technical delivery

Strong client development, fee management, and office leadership experience
Salary & Package

£100,000–£120,000 salary
