-
Undertake site inspections, audits and compliance monitoring.
-
Review RAMS and support the implementation of safe systems of work.

Support incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
-

-
Maintain accurate safety documentation and support wider site compliance requirements.
-
Deputise for the senior safety lead when required.
What we're looking for
You'll need a solid background in construction health and safety, ideally gained on sizeable, complex construction projects.
We're looking for someone who is pragmatic, driven and comfortable making decisions, with the communication skills to engage effectively with everyone from site operatives through to senior management.
Ideally, you'll have:
-
Strong construction safety experience.
-
A recognised health and safety qualification, preferably NEBOSH Construction.
-
Experience working alongside principal contractors and subcontractors.
-
Good working knowledge of CDM Regulations, RAMS and construction risk management.
-
Strong written communication, reporting and IT skills.
-
The confidence and technical credibility to work with limited supervision.
The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working full-time on site in Cardiff.
