Perform servicing, maintenance, diagnostic, and repair work to manufacturer standards
Conduct routine vehicle servicing and repairs, including engine, transmission, braking, and major component work
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
Complete vehicle health checks and inspections, identifying additional work requirements
Ensure accurate completion of job cards and repair documentation
Adhere to safety standards and ensure high-quality service delivery
Keep skills updated through manufacturer training and industry knowledge
Collaborate effectively with the aftersales team to provide a professional customer service experienceRequirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
High standard of workmanship with attention to detail
Full UK driving license
