THE ROLE
As a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality vehicle refinishing work and ensuring finished vehicles meet the required standard.
·Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting and refinishing
·Carry out paint spraying and refinishing work to a high standard
·Complete preparation and finishing work as required
·Maintain quality and attention to detail throughout the repair process
·Work efficiently to meet agreed repair timescales
·Follow appropriate health, safety and workshop procedures
·Maintain a clean and professional working environment
ABOUT YOU
·Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer / Paint Technician
·Proven experience within an automotive Bodyshop or vehicle repair environment
·Strong vehicle refinishing and paint preparation skills
·High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
·Professional and reliable approach to work
·Good team-working skills
