JRS Associates have partnered up with an exciting manufacturing company to recruit an experienced CNC Turner – Operator to join their established machining team. The Successful CNC Turner – Operator – Package:

£35,300 – £40,800 per annum (paid hourly)
Rotating 3 Shift Pattern:
- Days: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Lates: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Nights: 8:45pm – 6:00am (4 nights per week)
Overtime Available:
- 1.3x (time and a third) for the first 2 hours
- 1.5x (time and a half) on all hours worked above 39.5 per week

The Successful CNC Turner – Operator – Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience operating CNC turning machines within a manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience producing dimensionally accurate components to specification
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to production deadlines
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Flexible approach towards shift work and overtime requirements
Good understanding of health & safety, environmental standards, and quality procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
